FAQ

  • Shipping Fees
    Your packages, carefully prepared, will be mailed using the French post office (La poste). For delivery within France, count 1-2 days. For international, usually 1 week to 10 days. We use mail services with tracking number (lettre suivie) For FRANCE ONLY FOR INTERNATIONAL (worldwide) For mail/parcel less than 3 cm thick For international Parcel Post (Japan is zoneC.)
  • About packaging
    For original accessories, the item will be placed in small box and a tissue bag, wrapped in a ruban. Ready to offer ! For Antique / Vintage items : Products will be carefully wrapped in cushioning material (bubble wrap) added with newspaper and placed in cardboard for delivery.
  • International custom tax?
    For customers buying from abroad (outside France). If price goes over 16,666 yen or more for Japan, or more than 120 $USD (from USA), import tax may apply. These are imposed at the discretion of the customs officer. In that case, the customer will be informed by custom services of his/her country and will need to take the cost in charge.
  • International bank fees?
    International transaction fees In case of purchase from abroad (outside France): Purchasing in our online shop using VISA and MasterCard may cause international service charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Return/refund/exchange policy ?
    Accesories (earrings, necklaces, ...) : Accessories are handcrafted, made by the artist Azusa Miyauchi, living in France. Each piece is unique. Brocante / Vintage goods : these products are second-hand items purchased at professional brocante (flea market, antiquaire shops), in France. Due to the characteristics of the product we do not accept returns or exchanges. If we send the wrong product (never happened!), we will refund your money. If the item arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the damaged item within 3 days of receiving the item. In that case we will refund the product price after confirming the email. There is no need to return the item. If you have any questions, please contact us by email. All customers are very happy so far ;)
  • What if the product arrives damaged?
    If we get the wrong product, we will refund your money. In addition, if the product arrives damaged, Please email us a photo of the damaged product within 3 days of receiving the product. We will refund the product price after confirming the email. In either case, there is no need to return the item.
  • How long does it take to receive the goods?
    ● Packages will be prepared the day the payment is done. ● Shipping will be done within one - two days (except national holidays) ● La poste services for international shipping is usually 1 week to 10 days. Articles will be shipped from France.
  • Paper invoice ?
    In order to go paperless, we have replaced the paper invoice with a email-based invoice. Thank you for your understanding.
